Data Deletion Instructions — SocioBurp Creative AI (Sakshi)

This page explains how you may exercise your right to erasure and right to withdraw consent under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and how SocioBurp will respond to your request.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Via WhatsApp
Send the message "delete my data" to Sakshi. We will confirm receipt and begin processing your request immediately.

Option 2 — Via Email
Email Ajinu.A@socioburp.co.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including the phone number or Instagram account associated with your business, so we can verify and locate your records.

What we will delete

Upon a verified request, we will erase:

• Your business profile and brand preferences
• Your conversation history with Sakshi
• Records of generated Content
• Any stored Instagram access tokens and associated Platform Data obtained via instagram_basic, instagram_manage_insights, or instagram_content_publish

Our process and timeline

1. Acknowledgement — we will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
2. Verification — we may ask you to confirm your identity or business association to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
3. Erasure — we will complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
4. Confirmation — we will notify you once deletion is complete.

Limited exceptions

We may retain limited data beyond the deletion timeline only where required by law — for example, financial records needed for tax or regulatory compliance under Indian law — and only for as long as legally necessary. All other data is permanently erased.

Revoking Instagram access directly

You may revoke SocioBurp's access to your Instagram account at any time directly through your own Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), independent of contacting us. Doing so immediately stops any further access to your Platform Data. You may still contact us using the methods above to request deletion of data already collected prior to revocation.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
