Getting Started
Your first conversation with Sakshi.
What is Sakshi and what can it actually do?
Sakshi is an AI marketing assistant that lives inside WhatsApp. It helps you decide what to post, generates the content — single images, multi-slide carousels, captions — and, once you connect Instagram and approve a specific piece, can publish it directly to your account.
The loop never changes: you ask, Sakshi generates, you approve, and only then does anything go live.
How do I start? Is there an app to install?
No app and no dashboard. Message Sakshi on WhatsApp and the conversation is the product. Your phone number becomes your account.
What does Sakshi need to know about my business?
Sakshi will ask what your business does, and that answer gets stored so you never have to repeat it. If you also share your brand's tone, colours, or the mood you want, that becomes part of the brand profile that keeps future content consistent with what you've already approved.
Can I try it before committing to anything?
Yes. Email or call and we're happy to answer questions before you sign up or spend anything.
Content & Generation
Getting output that sounds like your business.
How do I ask for a post, carousel, or caption?
Describe what you want in plain language — the occasion, the product, the offer. Sakshi drafts it and shows you the result in the chat before anything else happens.
Can I edit something Sakshi already made?
Yes. Say what's wrong — "make the background black instead," "shorter caption," "use the other product photo" — and Sakshi regenerates from there. We store the instructions behind each generation, which is exactly what makes follow-up edits work without starting over.
Can I upload my own product photos?
Yes — send them in the conversation and Sakshi can use or edit them. Anything you upload stays yours; we only use it to generate content for you.
Will content be labelled as AI-generated?
Where Meta requires AI content to carry a disclosure label, we handle that automatically. Reviewing the content for accuracy before you approve it is still on you.
Who owns the content Sakshi creates?
You do. Anything Sakshi generates and delivers to you, or posts on your behalf, is your marketing material. We claim no ownership over it.
Instagram & Publishing
Connecting your account and controlling what goes live.
How do I connect my Instagram account?
Sakshi walks you through it the first time you ask her to post something. The connection happens through Meta's own consent screen, not anything we've built, so you see exactly which permissions you're granting before approving them.
You'll need an Instagram Business or Creator account that you own or manage.
Can Sakshi post without asking me first?
No. Nothing reaches your Instagram account without an explicit yes from you, inside that specific conversation, for that specific piece of content. There's no background posting schedule.
How do I disconnect Instagram?
Go to your own Instagram settings, under Apps and Websites, and revoke access. It stops immediately and you don't need to contact us at all. You'd only come back to us if you also want data collected before that point deleted.
What performance data does Sakshi see?
With the Insights permission approved, Sakshi reads metrics on your own posts — reach, saves, comments — so she can tell you honestly which content is working and which isn't. That data is used for your business only, never for advertising profiles and never for anyone else.
Credits & Billing
Balances, top-ups, and what happens when something fails.
How do I check my credit balance or usage history?
Type "credits" or "history" to Sakshi at any time and she'll show you where things stand.
How do I buy more credits?
Top-ups are described directly in the WhatsApp conversation at the time of purchase. Payment runs through a third-party processor — we never see your full card details. What we keep is the transaction record itself: amount, date, purpose.
Can I get a refund?
Credits spent on a successful generation generally aren't refundable. But if something genuinely failed on our end, tell us within a week and we'll make it right.
Will pricing change without warning?
No. Any pricing change comes with at least fifteen days' notice through WhatsApp before it takes effect.
Privacy & Your Data
What we hold, and the control you keep over it.
What information does SocioBurp hold about me?
Your phone number and business profile, your brand preferences, the content Sakshi has generated along with the instructions behind it, your conversation history, and — if you connected Instagram — your account ID and post performance metrics. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I request that my data be deleted?
Message Sakshi with "delete my data," or email us with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within thirty days of verifying the request. Full details on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
What are my rights under the DPDP Act?
You can ask what we hold and get a specific answer, have something corrected, request erasure, and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. You can also nominate someone to exercise those rights on your behalf. If a complaint stays unresolved with us, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?
No. We don't sell it, we don't build advertising profiles from it, and we don't use your Instagram performance data for any business other than yours.
Troubleshooting
When something doesn't come out right.
A generation didn't work or came out wrong — what do I do?
Tell Sakshi directly what was wrong — cropped text, wrong image, missed instruction — and she'll regenerate it. If credits were charged for something that clearly failed, email us and we'll sort it out.
Sakshi isn't replying. Is something down?
Sakshi depends on WhatsApp and Instagram, both owned by Meta, so an outage or policy change on their end can affect what she's able to do. We don't run a separate status page — if something's down on our end, we'll tell you directly through WhatsApp rather than expecting you to check somewhere else.
Publishing to Instagram failed.
Usually the connection needs reauthorizing — ask Sakshi to reconnect and she'll take you back through Meta's consent screen. If it keeps failing, email us with the approximate time it happened.
I have a complaint that hasn't been resolved.
Email us directly and we'll look into it. If you're still not satisfied after that, you have the right to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
Still stuck?
Product questions are fastest on WhatsApp. Account, billing, and data requests are better by email.
